How do I know what my finished jewelry will look like?
	The finished jewelry definitely looks better then on your computer screen. We try very hard to make the beads displayed on your screen look like the actual bead. The bead pictures were created by taking photographs of the actual beads. The pictures were re-sized to try and give a true representation of their size on your computer screen. Most customers are pleasantly surprised when they receive their jewelry.
	I ordered an anklet and it doesn't fit. What should I do?
	If you would like the anklet re-sized, we will be happy to do so for a $5.00 fee. Simply return the anklet along with a note indicating the new size, your name, address and either your phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you. 	I am not very creative. I don't think I can design anything.
	That's why we included our Jewelry Gallery. The Jewlery Gallery allows you to customize jewelry that has already been designed by us. You can choose different beads to modify the design to express yourself.
	I wanted a necklace with certain colors, but am having trouble designing one. Can you help?
	Absolutely. We will be more then happy to work with you on a design. Simply try to design something with the beads that you like, then e-mail us at ezbeads@aol.com and let us know your e-mail address. We will look at your design and make suggestions.
	My necklace broke. Do you have any guarantees?
	Yes. We guarantee all of our jewelry. We will repair your jewelry at no charge. Simply send us the jewelry along with a note including your name, address and either your phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you. Visit our Guarantee page for further information.
	Can I make eyeglass holders?
	Absolutely. Simply design your jewelry and select either the gold or silver eyeglass ends as your clasp. Eyeglasses are typically 27 inches in length.
